With an in-house design and execution team we are able to provide Turnkey Solutions for Reinforcement Earth Wall, Ground Improvements and other Geo-Synthetics related applications.

The company is equipped with the state-of-the-art 4th generation German Technology Weaving Machines, Online PVC Coating & Infrastructure at its manufacturing facility at Chattral, Mehsana, Gujarat. Along with that we do have tie-ups for manufacturing of other Geo-Synthetic products. The plant has a fully-fledged in-house laboratory for testing of products in accordance with internationally accepted test standards. The company has a tie-up with reputed Civil engineering consultants and Geosynthetic experts across the industry.

CTM-Geogrid in particular is a typical synthetic Geogrid material characterized by woven bands of narrow elements in a regular, grid-like pattern with large voids between the woven bands. It’s the tensile strength of the woven bands and the voids between those bands that lend stabilizing strength to the projects they are used in.

Projects are planned, designed and constructed as a result of close cooperation between the in-house team of drawing, designing, techno-commercial, project supervisor and monitoring team.

Our Manufacturing process

CTM Geosynthetics has set up its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility forproducing a wide range of woven PVC coated polyester. A Geogrid manufacturing facility has been set up at Chattral, the industrial hub at Kadi, Gujarat.

The manufacturing unit has imported machines from Europe and is in the process of a Joint Venture with leading European Company to get technical tie ups involving investments of Millions of dollars. The plant has the most sophisticated machinery imported and a full fledged in-house laboratory for testing of products in accordance with internationally accepted test standards.
